From bathroom cleaners ensuring the bathrooms are fresh and squeaky clean no matter what time of the day it is, to the top Reda Etway the brilliant resident manager and Mr Osama the GM. Both Reda and Osama lead by example of exemplary hospitality with attention to details and being present and serving with a huge smile on their face. The hole of the main restaurant and pool bar staff are amazing, special mention to Mohammed Galal lead bar tender and Mohammed Abdul Rafia the Shisha master. Finally, even with the limited personnel and staff shortages, Misho the animation lead is simply a friend of the family, we absolutely love him. After five times staying at Baron this is truly a home from home.

Mahmoud B. and Reda, in particular, went above and beyond to ensure we were satisfied, including offering us a room change to resolve the situation quickly and smoothly. Thanks to their efforts, we were able to enjoy the rest of our stay without any issues. We truly appreciated the hospitality and care shown by the team.
